Saved - and then?
Those who have been saved by the grace of God can rejoice in many wonderful facts:

Forgiveness of sins: "I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for His name's sake" (1 John 2:12).
Peace with God: "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Romans 5:1).
Being children of God: "But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become the children of God, to them that believe on his name" (John 1:12).
Security of salvation: "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand" (John 10:28).
Those who have been saved by grace can now cultivate a personal relationship with God through:

Prayer: People with faith in God talk to Him. They thank Him for salvation and for all the good things they experience every day. They ask God for help, strength and guidance in life. It is on their hearts to pray for the people in their circle of acquaintances who are not yet reconciled to God.
Bible reading: It is a blessing for redeemed people to read the Bible daily. Through this book, God speaks to them and shows them how to live for His glory. From the Word of God, they get to know the Lord Jesus better, the One who will soon come again to take them to heaven.
